Stress, nervousness, and high demands are a natural part of many creative and communicative professions – but when your body tenses up and your breathing locks up, it can be difficult to reach out, both to yourself and to others.
This course gives you concrete tools for understanding and influencing how your body, breathing, and thoughts interact in stressful situations. You will learn how to create more stability, presence, and calm – both in everyday life and when performing.
The course is given digitally on five occasions by Maria Sjögren – physiotherapist, ergonomist, and musician – and includes a variety of practical exercises mixed with theory and reflections.
