Bo Håkanson - Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner
Bo Håkanson completed the Feldenkrais® training program in Malmö from 2012 to 2016 under the guidance of Alan Questel, who himself had completed the final training program led by Feldenkrais himself. For the past 10 years, Bo has led group sessions and provided individual Feldenkrais® sessions.
Since Bo also works as both a musician and an instrumental teacher, his availability is currently limited to group Feldenkrais sessions, which have been offered at Artist & Musikerhälsan since the fall of 2026.
Moshe Feldenkrais (1904–1984) developed a method to address his own physical injuries from his athletic career—but later also with the aim of helping people learn things more effectively. Whether it was something they needed to do or something they needed to unlearn. Alleviating physical problems and learning something of interest could be achieved through the same method.
Group Feldenkrais sessions are a great way to explore what the method can do for you. You’ll receive movement instructions and prompts that, through your own exploration, strengthen your coordination, nervous system stability, and self-image. This can lead to effects that release stiffness, tension, and pain—but above all, it helps us function more effectively.
